Case Study

Website · Digital Content · Paid Social
Role
Website management, content updates, paid Meta campaign support
Outcome
A stronger digital presence supported by clearer content, campaign iteration, and audience growth tactics.
Project overview
STEAMUP Academy wanted to grow its digital presence and reach more families interested in STEM education. I developed a data-informed marketing strategy across social media, web, email, and paid campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and inquiries.
The challenge
STEAMUP Academy had a strong educational mission and an engaged audience, but its digital marketing lacked consistency and the data infrastructure needed to understand what was driving growth.
The opportunity was to create a more connected strategy across social media, email, and web while building a clearer brand voice and using audience behavior to guide marketing decisions.
Process & approach
I began with an audit of STEAMUP’s website, social channels, and brand presence, then implemented Google Analytics to establish a clearer picture of traffic and engagement.
Those insights informed an integrated marketing strategy spanning content planning, email campaigns, organic and paid social media, and website optimization. Audience data also shaped tactical decisions, from prioritizing mobile-friendly content to adjusting publishing times and developing more visually driven content for STEAMUP’s core audience.
I also supported efforts to secure STEM.org accreditation, strengthening the Academy’s credibility alongside its growing digital presence.
Outcome & impact
Within three months, the strategy produced measurable growth across the customer journey:
+596.5% Facebook reach
+437.5% Instagram reach
+120% website traffic
+200% new inquiries
45% email open rate
The work did more than increase visibility. It created a stronger connection between audience growth, digital engagement, website traffic, and lead generation, giving STEAMUP a more sustainable foundation for continued marketing and enrollment growth.
